Ok so I'm starting a new blog with tripod to track my BFL progress. Having never done this before, I hope I'll document everything properly. I started week one at 150.5lbs and at the end of week 3 I'm at 146lbs. On my way!! I've got my running down to 18:02 for 2mi on my 20min HIIT. My goal for the end of the challenge has been to hit 2mi in 17:00. It won't be long!! I'm lifting more than I thought I could, and I intend to really improve on all lifts by the end of C1.
